Our administrative, order desk and warehouse staff works
Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. eastern time. We are closed during the
weekends.
Orders placed on or before 5 p.m. eastern time M-F are processed
by the order desk staff on the same day and routed to the warehouse, otherwise
the order is processed on the next business day. If your order includes a
working email address, you will receive a email confirmation from our order
entry system within an hour of placing your order. The confirmation will
list all items and costs associated with your order.
Orders
generally ship in 2 business days from the day the order is processed by our
order desk staff. Once orders are processed by our order desk staff, the
order cannot be revised or cancelled. Our order entry system captures your
order exactly as you enter it at our website. Since our order desk staff
does not re-enter your order, the order will ship exactly as you ordered it.
Whether shipping by UPS, FedEx or the Postal Service, as long
as you provide us with a working email address, you will receive a email from us
on the day your order ships with either a tracking number (UPS and FedEx shipments) or a
delivery confirmation number (U.S. Postal Service only provides delivery
confirmation - no tracking). You can then continue
tracking your order at the shipper's website if you wish.
Based on the warehouse your order ships from, and your
location, most orders will take from 2 to 5 business days to arrive after the
order ships. Please do not email or call for order status for any order
that has been in our system less than 5 business days.
