As of April 10, 2009 we have
passed all compliance requirements to be certified by Security Metrics Inc.
Security Metrics provides credit card PCI compliance for the major credit
card issuers. PCI compliance is required of all merchants by the card
issues, but many are not in compliance and simply choose to pay a small
monthly penalty to their merchant services provider in lieu of compliance.
Besides a secure website, this is the second most-import security feature a
merchant can offer you.

Effective May 15, 2008 we have
re-introduced the Intercept Shield brand of
anti-corrosion museum grade coin albums. Intercept Shield has worked
hard to re-vamp their albums, moving most from the closed binder system to a
post-screw system that will allow for future updating. We welcome
Intercept Shield back into the Brent-Krueger family of products!

While many of our customers
requested a change from UPS to FedEx for our shipping, and we've negotiated
a contract with FedEx as our default shipper, we have added back UPS
temporarily to allow them to compete side-by-side with FedEx effective May
13, 2008. Our
customers will determine who will provide exclusive shipping services to
Brent-Krueger based on continuing review of shipping volumes.

At the request of many of our
customers, effective 5 p.m. eastern time
on May 2, 2008, we have changed our primary shipper from UPS to FedEx. Our
customers have indicated that FedEx shipping is a less expensive
alternative, and that for residential FedEx delivers Tuesday-Saturday.
In addition to FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground Commercial and FedEx
Express Saver (the equivalent of the old UPS 3-day Select), we continue to
offer U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail as an alternate shipping method, as
well as UPS international shipping.

During the first week of May,
2008 we added three new staff positions to our warehouse staffing. We
have also added another accounting position. These additions has helped us to dramatically reduce our
shipping time, in addition to providing additional accounting and administrative support.

On May 1, 2008, we were
accepted by Garrett Metal Detectors as an
authorized dealer. After 6 years of negotiating with various major
manufacturers of metal detectors, we chose Garrett because we feel they
represent the finest quality, a wide selection and competitive pricing.
The Garrett line of metal detectors makes a fine addition to our product
line for customers who want to search for buried coins.

On April 28, 2008 we added the
Airtite line of 2x2 snap lock
holders to our wide selection of coin collecting supplies.

On April 25, 2008, at the
request of our customers, we have resumed the sale of BU
Statehood Quarters,
Westward Journey Nickels,
Kennedy Halves,
Presidential Dollars and
Sacagawea Dollars. We have
also resumed the sale of Statehood Quarter
Proof Sets and Presidential Dollar
Proof Sets.

While many other companies are
laying off workers, we are in the process of increasing our warehouse staff
to reduce order turnaround, and accuracy.

Due to our continued strong
growth, in March of 2007 we
increased the number of state-of-the-art warehouse packing stations and
hired additional warehouse staff members.

Our Fiscal 2007 operational
plan includes provisions to either build or lease 3 times the present
warehouse space and relocate our NJ warehouse operation

Effective
October 3, 2006, we now accept Google Checkout as a payment option.

During the month of October,
2006 we installed state-of-the-art packaging equipment. Moving from
plastic carton sealing tape, we have installed electronic reinforced paper
tape dispensers. Additionally, we have eliminated packing peanuts and
have installed electronic "Ranpak" paper dispensing units for blocking,
bracing and void-filling packages. Together, these changes make for sturdier
and secure packaging which is recyclable and environmentally-friendly.

In order to accommodate our
continued growth, we've boosted inventory levels to reduce backorders, and
have added additional warehouse staff to help reduce the turn-around time.

servers to accommodate the expanded bandwidth resulting from the many visits
